How to Gain Confidence
Posted on Saturday, December 16 @ 11:48:28 MSK by mlm

MLM Success If you want to slay giants in your life, you need confidence. So, how do you get it? 5 steps how to gain confidence.

1.      Reflect. Go back in time; reflect on the victories in your career, your business, your relationships, and your achievements. Capture those lessons learned and repeat them. Play them over and over in your mind. By doing this, you’ll get into that state where you had victories. Subconsciously, you are building confidence by reliving your wins.

2.      Write. Buy a notebook. Journal these victories to create vivid images of your success. What were the sounds, the sights, and even the smells?  Was it hot or cold, day or night?  What did you do to win?  What were your emotions? Paint the sharpest picture you can.

3.      Learn. Develop new skills. You might be unsure at first, yet over time, improvement shows itself. You must be teachable to new and creative methods. You are never too old to learn.

4.      Practice. Hone the art and skills you need. Do it over and over again, each time, creating a small improvement.

5.      Teach. To really be confident in a task, you need to teach it to someone else. By teaching, you see areas where you can improve, where you can touch lives in other ways.

Putting Confidence Into Action

  • Confidence, with it you’re invincible, without it; invisible. Where in your life are you lacking confidence?   Where in your life are you very confident?
  • Reflect on the victories in your life. Where did you win, succeed, go for it, and feel really alive?
  • Write down those times and the feelings that come from those positive times.
  • Learn new skills that will give you more confidence. Leadership?  Management? Sales?  Parenting?  Playing the guitar?  Cooking?  Gardening?  Sailing?
  • Practice the fundamentals required to increase your skill levels.
